Bayview Projects

Furnish and Install a 100% complete Electrical, Telecom, OSP, Fire Alarm and Security System for a new 16,464 sf. Fire and EMS Station located in Langley, WA that includes an Apparatus Bay, Sleeping Rooms, Kitchen, Training Rooms, Office Spaces and Conference Rooms. Bayview self performed all of the DIV 26 Electrical to include all underground and sit work, switchgear, transformers and generator, power systems and full lighting and lighting controls package. We carried Sub-Contractors for the DIV 27 Telecommunication and DIV 28 Fire Alarm and Access Control.

Design Build Project for a 225,000 square foot greenhouse. This project included the installation of new primary electrical service that required a utility upgrade on the primary service. We provided and installed lighting throughout the entire facility. Various controls and control panels were installed to control the buildings shade system, roll-up doors, vent motors, automatic watering system, temperature sensors and heating systems. We also provided the re-condition of the buildings boiler system.

In this Design Build new construction project we designed and installed the electrical system for this new Car Dealership as well as a Sales Building, Service Building and Detail Building. This project met and exceeded the Washington State Energy Code for Lighting Control System including switched receptacles. WE designed, created photometrics and installed all of the Parking Lot/Exterior Site lighting as well.

New construction on new multi-tenant building in Mount Vernon, WA. This project consisted of site and ground work for Utility Vault, Low Voltage Utilities, and Parking Lot Lighting. We provided new service including house panel and lease space panels. All electrical work including parking lot lights, interior LED lights and lighting controls, all wiring and data.

New construction project that replaced the old scale house for the Washington State Patrol. This project included all new electrical, control access, ancillary systems and data.

New construction of a 50,000 sf. dealership in Bellingham, WA. Work included all new LED Lot Lighting and controls. Interior wiring for LED lighting, controls, and power distribution for Sales Building, Service Building and Automated Car Wash.

New construction of a 3,500 sq. ft. dental facility in Anacortes, WA. This project consisted of providing design/build electrical, data/voice, fire alarm system, and custom lighting package. Bayview Electric worked hand in hand with the Prime Contractor to build a one of a kind childrens dentist office.
