Furnish and Install a 100% complete Electrical, Telecom, OSP, Fire Alarm and Security System for a new 16,464 sf. Fire and EMS Station located in Langley, WA that includes an Apparatus Bay, Sleeping Rooms, Kitchen, Training Rooms, Office Spaces and Conference Rooms. Bayview self performed all of the DIV 26 Electrical to include all underground and sit work, switchgear, transformers and generator, power systems and full lighting and lighting controls package. We carried Sub-Contractors for the DIV 27 Telecommunication and DIV 28 Fire Alarm and Access Control.

This project was to replace multiple Medium Voltage XLP 15kv Cables that were originally installed in between 1970 and the 1990s at 7 locations and provide additional new equipment such as PST Cabinets. All primary electrical distribution system voltages were 12.47kv Delta and were all constructed with 3 conductors plus a bare ground copper conductor. All new enclosures provided and installed were Stainless Steel and suitable for coastal environments. New lengths at multiple locations ran from 160 LF to 1400 LF and were all AWG single conductor per phase, 220 MILS EPR 15 kV MV105 133% insulation copper core with tape shield. All Electrical Man Hole locations were left with a service loop and all Fire Taped. All Medium Voltage Terminations with the new and resourced equipment were replaced or installed. A tensiometer was used and tracked during all cable pulls. All new cable terminations to transformers, PST’s and switches utilized Boot terminations.
This project is a Design-Build Federal Project for the Relocation of occupants from multiple buildings at Whidbey NAS. This project included Electrical and Communication demo work of (3) buildings prior to starting construction of all new office spaces. We provided all new data ports and testing, relocation and new receptacles, relocation and new LED light fixtures, providing a new Car Charger station, new manual pull station for Fire Alarm, Power poles, Full Duress System and a Video Surveillance System.
Provide new breakers, and provide and install rigid conduit out of the panel back to the trailer and heat pumps. Provide and install conduit out of the panel behind the guard shack to J-Box to feed heat trace and heat pump.
Provide all labor and equipment necessary for a complete installation of the barrier system at the Main Gate. Provide power for Barrier from panel and replace panel. Field verify panel for capacity and voltage to install new circuits for Barrier. Provide and install 2 denial barrier controllers at gate. Provide and install new conduit from overhead to a position on pole facing building in a position sufficient to promote rapid deployment of the barriers.
Design and provide a functioning permanent MP-5000 Barrier in location where temporary barrier is. Connecting existing power infrastructure and communication cabling currently in place from the central power distribution center to existing barriers. Confined space requirements to access and pull new wire in Utility Corridor.
Provide and install circuits, conduit, conductors and receptacles to fluoridation equipment requiring electric. Install all data and control wiring for fluoridation monitoring equipment. Demolish and reroute electrical as needed and assist with system start up and testing as required for equipment and components installed.
Upgrade Entry Control Points to protect base from Gate Runners, Improve Lighting, and Safety at the Bases Control Points. This included LED Upgrades to meet UFC Codes, installation of remote activators attached to the exterior or the guard shacks, Drop Arm Barrier controls inbound and outbound and LED and Solar Speed Limit Sign installation.
Design Build Project to upgrade, provide new and replace existing Lighting to LED and meet all applicable UFC codes. Design, provide and install all new LED Lighting outside on the range with new controls to be able to switch by target row. Provide and install new hearing system for the shooters and instructors. Changeover of electrical service provide new service and installation of new panel.
Design, provide and install all electrical for installing (2) potable water meters. Remove existing meters and wiring and bring in new circuits.
